How to Prepare:

Wash your hands before preparing the baby’s food and thoroughly clean all utensils.

Boil fresh water. Allow cooling.

Pour 2 spoons of lukewarm water or baby’s regular milk into the baby’s bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of baby cereal.

Mix until the cereal is smooth and feed with a clean spoon.

Discard any uneaten cereal.
